Curating the Woodland is an ongoing artistic initiative in which MASEREEL invites contemporary artists to create permanent interventions that engage directly with the wooded landscape surrounding the arts centre. Launched in 2019, the project continues to expand over time.

Several permanent installations are situated across the MASEREEL site, including three new interventions realised in 2025 as part of the RHIZOMA biennial. Each work stands independently and activates a specific part of the terrain, contributing to a growing open‑air artistic environment.

Visiting:
The interventions are located outdoors and can be visited during MASEREEL’s public events, such as exhibition openings, public programmes, and OPEN MASEREEL. During these moments, the full site is accessible to visitors.
