Guy Slabbinck makes etchings, paintings and drawings.
The artists is not interested in innovative painting but draws inspiration from idols such as Titian, Rubens, Manet, Delacroix, Gauguin and Ensor.
By studying these masters, dissecting their works and combining different elements, he manages to create a visual language of his own.
