Every first Saturday of the month (NL)
Discover the past, present, and future of M HKA and the vibrant neighbourhood in which it is located.
The redevelopment of the Zuidpark, the reopening of the KMSKA, and soon a brand new M HKA on the site of the current Court of Appeal: the Zuid area is a neighbourhood in transition. That’s the case now, but it has also been so in the past.
During this avant-garde walk, a museum guide will take you on a journey through the area and tell you how it has developed since the 1980s under the influence of various museums and galleries. Along the way, you’ll pass by locations such as Wide White Space and Ruimte A, as well as public artworks by Lili Dujourie and Sammy Baloji.
Tip: You start and end the tour at M HKA. After the walk, there's time to enjoy a drink or snack at M HKAFE or to explore the museum on your own.
