Based on his 2025 Spring-Summer collection, Khayal, 'JAN-JAN VAN ESSCHE - KHAYAL' offers insight into the world of Antwerp fashion designer, Jan-Jan Van Essche. The exhibition is an invitation to experience both the past and the future, all in the now.

Jan-Jan Van Essche has invited members of his own community to share aspects of their lives by way of an associated and varied programme of music, dance and film.

On 9 May, the fashion designer curates an evening of film, live music, and drawing with filmmaker Ramy Moharam Fouad and musician Willem Ardui. The evening will include a screening of the films Van Essche and Fouad have collaborated on over the past three years, accompanied by live music from Ardui. Prior to the screening, Jan-Jan will engage in dialogue with visitors during an intimate live drawing session. Additionally, you can also visit the exhibition.
