TICK TACK joins forces with Escautville, Antwerp’s renowned platform for artist-driven moving images, to present a special CINEMA program, Figure Phantom, showcasing a selection of video works by Frank Theys, Wim Catrysse, Koen Theys, Benjamin Verhoeven, Jos de Gruyter & Harald Thys and Ria Pacquée. Founded in 2011 by a collective of pioneering artists, Escautville has been at the forefront of producing and distributing experimental films, video installations, and interdisciplinary projects that challenge conventional cinematic forms.

This collaboration brings together TICK TACK’s dynamic programming with Escautville’s rich archive and ongoing productions. It offers a curated lineup that highlights emerging and established voices in contemporary moving-image art, exploring the shifting presence of the human figure as a site of power, representation, distortion, and memory.
