Food, cooking, and eating hold an undeniable place within the context of contemporary art. The relationship between art and food creates space for various interpretations, connotations, and associations in both directions. Raw materials, substances, and ideas are transformed through intuition and experimentation into a new "substance," which is subsequently presented to an audience for “consumption.” This exhibition reflects on this connection, offering a behind-the-scenes perspective — in the kitchen — on the production process and the journey from concept to presentation and consumption. It also explores themes such as ecological impact and waste, culture and identity, necessity and scarcity.
