"The exchanges of ideas that Dries Boutsen (HISK, 2021) and Marthe Cornelissen have had over the past year have for the first time led to a physical reflection in the upstairs room of FRED&FERRY.

Starting from studies to the intangible space in between, which Marthe Cornelissen began during her studies at KASK, a quest arose for the relationships between the work of art, its surroundings and an external view/thought.

In conversation with the bovenkamer, the in-between space is modelled as a physical reality and the framework becomes an explicit part of the dialogue through substantial reflections."
