Lucy McKenzie

Lecture ‘Display'

We are delighted that artist Lucy McKenzie will be coming to speak about her exhibition at Z33 and the theme of ‘display’.

Lucy McKenzie was born in Glasgow and lives and works in Brussels. Her training in painting techniques such as trompe l'oeil and faux marbre can be seen in her murals. In these paintings, sculptures and installations, she explores spaces such as a shopping street or shop windows but also the domestic environment. At Z33 in Hasselt, her work is exhibited in a large solo called ‘Super Palace’.
