[NL] De Franse kunstenaar Michel Verjux (1956) realiseert en projecteert sedert midden de jaren ‘80 immateriële kunstwerken met licht ‘(spots) die zich puntgaaf als “witte” details verhouden tot de architectuur en omgeving. Voor B scene bedenkt de kunstenaar zowel licht-sculpturen binnen als op de kantoorgevel van
BINST ARCHITECTS.

Michel Verjux maakt kunst “in situ”; zijn kunst is specifiek gemaakt voor een bepaalde plaats gedurende een bepaalde periode; daarna verdwijnt het werk in de afbeelding van de herinnering. Voor “Light Instances” presenteert Michel Verjux ook een aantal tekeningen, fragiel als licht alsook een nooit eerder in ons land getoonde serie kleinsculpturen.

[EN] The French artist Michel Verjux (1956) has been realizing and projecting intangible works of art with light (spots) since the mid-1980s that are spot-on as “white” details related to architecture and surroundings.

For B scene, the artist invents both light sculptures inside and on the office facade of Binst Architects.
Michel Verjux makes art “in situ”; his art is made specifically for a certain place during a certain period; then the work disappears in the image of memory. For “Light Instances” Michel Verjux also presents a number of drawings, fragile as light as well as a series of small sculptures never seen before in our country.
