InstroomArt is social, culinary and artistic project initiated by Seppe Nobels, Nico Dockx and Charuwan Pauwels with the aim of training training newcomers from different parts of the world for a career in hospitality, and hereby promoting diversity, sustainability, and inclusion. These trainees bring their culinary traditions and techniques as well as their memories resulting in unique dishes and related stories that are an ode to their origins. During Antwerp Art Weekend, InstroomArt is “a guest” at PLUS-ONE Projects where they facilitate integration through a welcoming space of dialogue, and culinary and artistic experiences.
