Zeno X Gallery presents the first solo exhibition of Mounira Al Solh at the gallery. In this first exhibition, the artist presents new paintings and works on paper. Al Solh has been represented by Zeno X Gallery since 2022.

Mounira Al Solh, b. 1978 in Beirut (LB), lives and works in Lebanon and the Netherlands. Mounira Al Solh’s paintings, drawings, performances, textiles, videos and installations narrate the histories and experiences of her extended family and community. These personal stories are often closely interwoven with the political: Al Solh’s work reflects on themes such as migration, identity, language, trauma and feminism. Many of her projects are rooted in a collaborative and socially engaged practice.
