The film will be played in a continuous loop between 4 and 6 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 5, and will take place in the context of the current exhibition DAS TROJANISCHE DING by Adrien Tirtiaux.

In the film, which takes its title from Samuel Delany’s science fiction novel Babel-17 from 1966, mundane views of Donostia-San Sebastián and its idyllic surroundings are accompanied by a story of intergalactic war and a disquisition on linguistics. In this narrative, a poet deciphers an alien language through Basque, positioning language itself as a powerful and enigmatic force within the conflict.
