Polien Boons, Kitty Kamp, Ka Ren Amanda Moser, Mathieu Verhaeghe and Amber Vanluffelen created this collective publication in close collaboration with graphic designer Ines Cox. The publication reflects on STRT Kit, an international development program for emerging visual artists based in Antwerp. Using their own artistic practice as a starting point, the five artists reacted to the process they went through during the year, giving light to five unique perspectives.

STRT Kit is an initiative of Studio Start in collaboration with AIR Antwerpen, HART Magazine and Extra City, Antwerp. An international jury selected the five emerging visual artists after an open call. For the duration of one year they worked in a collective studio and presentation space and met international curators, artists and organizers, participated in a project week in Palestine, as well as an individual interview with HART magazine and a collective exhibition at Kunsthal Extra City
