Taking place during Antwerp Art Weekend 2021, GALLERY GALLERY organises a group show curated by Rens Cools. ‘Visitors’ explores the ideas of proprietary, appropriation and authenticity. The show consists of a thoughtful selection of works by non-artists giving their unerring point of view on the arts.

In 2012, Rens Cools set up an artist-run initiative called GALLERY GALLERY that debuted as a platform for emerging artists, trough curated online exhibitions and live feeds of performances. Initially leading a nomadic life through Antwerp, GALLERY GALLERY established a foothold in Borgerhout, Antwerp in 2018. The non-profit artist-run curatorial project organises short-term events focused on post-conceptual art.
