Lichtekooi is een nieuwe ruimte voor hedendaagse kunst in Antwerpen op initiatief van Nadia Bijl en Pepa De Maesschalck. In het voorjaar van 2021 opende het zijn deuren.

Lichtekooi is een non-profit ruimte, gevestigd in de voormalige garage van een rijtjeshuis. Lichtekooi wil een gevarieerd programma ontwikkelen van solo- en thematische tentoonstellingen, performances en shows, lezingen en artist talks, allemaal gebaseerd op een open dialoog.

Lichtekooi is a new space for contemporary art in Antwerp on the initiative of Nadia Bijl and Pepa De Maesschalck. It opened its doors in the spring of 2021.

Lichtekooi is a non-profit space, located in the former garage of a terrace house. Lichtekooi aims to develop a varied programme of solo and thematic exhibitions, performances and shows, lectures and artist talks, all based on an open dialogue.

Frans Masereel Centrum presenteert een open call voor de Art Student Residency en Collective Residency. Beide residenties in het Frans Masereel Centrum zijn een unieke kans voor kunstenaars om hun artistieke praktijk te ontwikkelen in een professionele grafische workshop en binnen de context van een internationale residentie en tentoonstellingsruimte.

Tussen 28 januari en 1 maart kun je je aanmelden voor beide residenties, die plaatsvinden in het najaar van 2022.

Frans Masereel Centrum presents an open call Art Student Residency and Collective Residency. Both residencies at the Frans Masereel Centrum are a unique opportunity for artists to develop their artistic practices in a professional printmaking workshop and within the context of an international residency and exhibition space.

Between January 28 and March 1, you can apply for both residencies, taking place in the Fall of 2022.

Op 28 januari vindt een nieuwe BORGER Nocturne plaats. BORGER is een dynamische samenwerking tussen galeries en kunstorganisaties in en rond de wijken Borgerhout, Berchem en Zurenborg. Ze organiseren elk jaar vier gemeenschappelijke avonden met nocturnes, vernissages en finissages, in de herfst, winter, lente en zomer.

On January 28, a new BORGER Nocturne takes place. BORGER is a dynamic collaboration between galleries and art organizations in and around the districts of Borgerhout, Berchem and Zurenborg. They organize four communal evenings each year with nocturnes, vernissages and finissages, during the autumn, winter, spring and summer.

Zeven galerieën rond het Willemdok op 't Eilandje bundelen hun krachten als ArtLand en organiseren een aantal evenementen waaronder de aankomende nieuwjaarsborrel.

Op 30 januari zijn volgende galerijen open tussen 11-18u: Remy - Wezenbeek, Pedrami Gallery, Galerie Verbeeck - Van Dyck, Galerie Art Forum, Art Partout Gallery, Raf Van Severen en Coppejans Gallery.

Seven gallery's located around the Willemdok on 't Eilandje join forces as ArtLand and organize a number of events including the upcoming New Year's drink.

On January 30, the following galleries will be open between 11-18h: Remy - Wezenbeek, Pedrami Gallery, Galerie Verbeeck - Van Dyck, Galerie Art Forum, Art Partout Gallery, Raf Van Severen and Coppejans Gallery.
